THE KANZAKI METHOD™ Virtual WELLNESS COACHING Package INCLUDES:

  • One 1-hour comprehensive wellness assessment that holistically reviews eating habits, exercise/movement patterns, sleep quality/quantity, and self-care. In this session, we integrate these areas and you create an ideal vision for your health. Together, we architect both long and short-term goals in the specific areas that you seek to improve.

  • Three virtual 45-minute follow-up sessions reviewing wins, learnings, and building momentum to help you reach your larger wellness vision.
