The Kanzaki method™ WELLNESS Coaching IN NATURE Package Includes:
One 1-hour comprehensive wellness assessment that holistically reviews eating habits, exercise/movement patterns, sleep quality/quantity, and self-care. In this session, we integrate these areas and you create an ideal vision for your health. Together, we architect both long and short-term goals in the specific areas that you seek to improve.
Three coaching sessions in nature (1-1.5 hours each) reviewing wins, learnings, and building momentum to help you reach your larger wellness vision.
Guidance for structuring and creating new habit loops that support your wellness vision
Mindfulness/stress resilience strategies to incorporate throughout the day to decrease emotional eating and enhance mind/body awareness
Food log review and feedback (for clients who prefer to track)
Strategies for dining out and traveling to maintain progress
Individualized nutrition guidance and sample recipes from a registered dietitian nutritionist to support nutrition, hormone health, and energy needs based on your unique health goals, nutrition needs and food preferences.
