Today I identified the activities enjoyed both alone and with others that make me feel refreshed, happy and satisfied in my life, and organized them in a fun data doodle. Seeing them visualized this way helps me prioritize the big-ticket activities that replenish a large percentage of my physical/mental health so I can carve out time to strategically build them into my calendar.
